White Spots on Tonsils
Hey Milton here,
White Spots on Tonsils: What are these? That is the same question that I had when I noticed that as I moved my tongue I felt something poking against it from my right tonsil. I thought it was a piece of food so I looked closely using a flashlight and found an off-white piece of something sticking out of my tonsil. I applied pressure and the stuff popped releasing a foul smell.
The white spots/patches on tonsils are technically tonsil stones and also go by tonsilloliths, cryptic tonsils, tonsiliths, stinking little balls and many more names out there we have not heard of. The good news about these white spots is that they are harmless and nothing to worry about physically besides giving a bad breath! This is annoying and apparrently fairly common and not many people talk about it because quite simply- it STINKS.
In my upcoming posts I will take you through:
- More detail on what these white spots are;
-Why we get them;
-and more importantly share with you my efforts to rid these white like balls of plaque that were lodged on my tonsils and how I finally bumped into the tonsil stone remedy guide that completely and forever rid that stinking breath that had dogged my life for years.
